part 1
I was at the beach with my cousin the other day and she asked me what I usually cook at school. I realized this maybe uncharted territory for many college students. The daily life of a student is crazy. Wake up. Workout. Breakfast. Class. Studying. Class. Lunch. More studying. More class. Homework. Work. Dinner. And finally... more studying/homework. Your life revolves around school and work and when you eat your meals might not be at the most conventional times depending on your schedule. So I decided to make an "online cookbook" with the best hacks, tips, and quick meal ideas for the on-the-go student. Enjoy:)
This edition: BREAKFAST BOWLS

Smoothie bowls are the best thing. Fast and easy to make and taste soo so good. You can save so much money making these at home rather than buying them at the local smoothie shop.
Ingredients:
Base:
Acaí (or mixed berries)
Couple splashes of oat milk (or any milk of your choice)
BLEND
Toppings:
Cut strawberries (the smaller the slices, the better)
Blueberries
Banana
Scoop of crunchy peanut butter (trust me, it's life changing)
Cacao Nibs
Shredded Coconut
Goji Berries (really make the bowl)
Enjoy:)

Yogurt bowls are perfect if you're in a rush. Packed with protein and healthy fat to keep you full.
Ingredients:
Greek yogurt (plain has the least amount of sugar)
Blueberries
Strawberries
Raspberries
(smash the berries up in the yogurt to really enhance the flavor)
Granola
Honey
That's it and enjoy:)
